Welcome to Harbor City, a mostly unremarkable god-knows-where town in West Virginia, which most certainly does not have a harbor. Get a glimpse into the lives of partners Ted Groghl, an oblivious yet endearing lion, and Toby Young, a nervous but determined cat, as uninteresting things happen to them and they try to reckon with themselves, their friends, and the people that stop by.
